Ti	=	Term and Termination
1.sec	=	{UnlessTerminated.Cl}, {ForInitialPeriod.cl}, and {AutoRenew.cl}, unless {NonRenewalNotice.Mutual.cl}
UnlessTerminated.Cl	=	Subject to earlier termination as provided below
ForInitialPeriod.cl	=	{_this_Agreement} is for the {_Initial_Service_Term} as specified in the Order Form
AutoRenew.cl	=	shall be automatically renewed for additional periods of the same duration as the {_Initial_Service_Term} (collectively, the "{DefT.Agreement_Term}")
NonRenewalNotice.Mutual.cl	=	either party requests termination at least {Life.NonRenewal.NoticePeriod.days} prior to the end of the then-current term.
2.1.sec	=	In addition to any other remedies it may have, either party may also terminate {_this_Agreement} upon {Life.TerminateForBreach.NoticePeriod.days}' notice (or without notice in the case of nonpayment), if the other party materially breaches any of the terms or conditions of {_this_Agreement}. {_Customer} will pay in full for the {_Services} up to and including the last day on which the {_Services} are provided.
2.2.sec	=	Upon any termination, {_Company} will make all {_Customer_Data} available to {_Customer} for electronic retrieval for a period of {Life.CustomerMayDownload.Period.days}, but thereafter {_Company} may, but is not obligated to, delete stored {_Customer_Data}.

3.sec	=	All sections of {_this_Agreement} which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, accrued rights to payment, confidentiality obligations, warranty disclaimers{q} and limitations of liability.
