1.Ti	=	(a) Effectiveness; Basic Term
1.sec	=	This Agreement shall become effective upon the date signed by both Parties (Effective Date) and shall remain in effect for a period of _______ years from the Completion Date, subject to the early termination provisions set forth in Section 11(a) of this Agreement.
2.Ti	=	(b) Survival of Terms and Conditions
2.sec	=	Applicable provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect after termination to the extent necessary to provide for final billings and adjustments related to the period prior to termination, including repayment of any money due and owing to or by BPA pursuant to this Agreement.
