Ti	=	Parity with Other {_Notes}
sec	=	The {_Company}’s repayment obligation to the {_Holder} under this {_Note} shall be on parity with the {_Company}’s obligation to repay all {_Notes} issued pursuant to the {_Agreement}. In the event that the {_Company} is obligated to repay the {_Notes} and does not have sufficient funds to repay all the {_Notes} in full, payment shall be made to the {_Holders} of the {_Notes} on a pro rata basis. The preceding sentence shall not, however, relieve the {_Company} of its obligations to the {_Holder} hereunder.
