Ti	=	Sublicense and Transfer
sec	=	The {_Licensee} may grant a sublicense of the {_Work} to third parties; provided, however, that the {_Licensee} shall provide thirty (30) days written notice to the {_Licensor} of such sublicense and require that the sublicensee agree in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this {_Agreement}.
