Ti	=	Miscellaneous
1.sec	=	This {_Agreement} is the entire {_Agreement} of the {_Parties} and it supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, both written and oral between the {_Licensor} and {_Licensee} with regard to the subject matter herein.
2.sec	=	This {_Agreement} may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement.
3.sec	=	Any modifications or amendments made to this {_Agreement} will not be effective unless they are communicated in writing and signed by both the {_Licensee} and {_Licensor}.
4.sec	=	If any provision of this {_Agreement} is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this {_Agreement} shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and shall remain in full force and effect as if such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable term had never been included in the {_Agreement}.
