sec	=	Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the {_Licensor} hereby grants to the {_Licensee} a non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license (the "{DefT.License}") of the {Description} (the "{DefT.Work}") to be used for {License Purpose} (the "{DefT.Purpose}"). Nothing in this {_Agreement} shall inhibit the {_Licensor} from licensing the {_Work} to any other party not mentioned in this {_Agreement}. The {_License} does not grant the {_Licensee} the ability to modify, alter, modify, or create derivative works of the {_Work}.
