Ti	=	License Fee and Token Issuance
sec	=	In consideration of the rights granted herein, the {_Licensee} shall pay to the {_Licensor} a flat-fee in the amount of {License Fee} (the "{DefT.License_Fee}") no later than {Payment Due Date}. Upon receipt of the {_License_Fee}, the {_Licensor} shall issue the {_License} to the {_Licensee}. The grant of the License of the {_Work} will be issued to the {_Licensee}'s Ethereum address at {Licensee Ethereum Address} in the form of one or more tokens relying on the smart contract found at {Smart Contract Address}.
