1.sec	=	The /00/ folder is for materials that are common across all jurisdictions and languages. This /00/Form/ is for materials that provide the structure for NDA forms. The structure includes the basic structure of an agreement - header, party identification, why, sections and signature.
2.sec	=	Some of the materials here provide further structure, notably of the sections. Sections can be understood as Prime, Definitions, General and Miscellaneous.
3.sec	=	Prime clauses for NDAs involve the information to be shared, how it is to be used, circulated, copied and returned.
4.sec	=	Other sections, such as how the Recipient is to Protect the information, what they are to do if they Disclose the information, are dealt with in the General section of the agreement.
