1.sec	=	{_Agent} agrees to consult to {_Principal}, and {_Principal} agrees to remunerate {_Agent} with {Comp.cl}, starting {StartDate.cl}.

2.sec	=	{_Agent} agrees to waive all intellectual property rights created when providing consulting services under this Agreement and release those rights to the public for free, i.e. under the MIT-license, where applicable.
3.sec	=	This {_Agreement} is governed by Swiss law and any dispute in connection with it shall be submitted to {Tribunal.cl}.
4.sec	=	For reference, consult Art. 394-406 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
