1.sec	=	This {_Agreement} is made on {EffectiveDate.YMD}.
2.sec	=	Between each of the {_P1_Group} entities specified in {Annex.GroupInitialMembers.Xref}, who are {_parties} to this {_Agreement} on the date on which it is first entered into, together with any other member of the {_P1_Group} which from time to time enters into a {_Participation_Agreement} (each a "{_party}" and together, the "{_parties}").
3.0.sec	=	The {_parties} have agreed on the following contractual clauses (the “{DefT.Agreement}”) in order to adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals. This {_Agreement} is comprised of the following parts:
3.1.sec	=	These Clauses which are comprised of certain universal clauses to which the {_P1_Group} agree to be bound in the interpretation of the rights and obligations of each {_P1_Group} under this {_Agreement}.
3.2.sec	=	{Annex.GroupInitialMembers.Xref} – A list of {_P1_Group} entities each of which are signatories to the {_Agreement} and are bound by this {_Agreement}.
3.3.sec	=	{Annex.ParticipationAgreement.Xref} – {_Participation_Agreement} (signature page).
3.4.sec	=	{Annex.ControllerControllerAgreement.Xref} – Clauses governing each {_Data_Controller} to {_Data_Controller} transfer.
3.5.sec	=	{Annex.ControllerProcessorAgreement.Xref} – Clauses governing each {_Data_Controller} to {_Data_Processor} transfer.
3.6.sec	=	{Annex.BasicControllerProcessorAgreement.Xref} – {_Basic_Controller-Processor_Agreement} which applies to all {_Regulated_Processing}.
3.7.sec	=	{Annex.SecurityMeasures.Xref} – Technical and Organisational Security Measures.
3.8.sec	=	{Annex.JurisdictionSpecific.Xref} – Special terms.
