Ti	=	Data subjects and enforcement
1.sec	=	The {_parties} agree that this {_Agreement} (including its Schedules) only provides any third party rights (and therefore the {_Data_Subject} may only enforce and rely on this {_Agreement} (including its Schedules)) in respect of a {_Relevant_Transfer} or subsequent {_Onward_Transfer} and accordingly this {_Agreement} does not provide any third party rights where the {_Data_Subject} does not enjoy such rights in relation to the {_Processing} of the {_Exported_Personal_Data} under applicable {_National_Privacy_Law}.
2.sec	=	A person who is not a {_party} to this {_Agreement} has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (or such other equivalent national legislation that may be applicable in a relevant jurisdiction) to enforce any term of this {_Agreement} except to the extent set out in Clause {3PartyRight.1.Xnum}.
3.sec	=	Subject to Clause {Life.4.Xnum} this {_Agreement} may be terminated and any term may be amended or waived without the consent of any {_Data_Subject}.
4.sec	=	Except as set forth in Clause {3PartyRight.1.Xnum} and {Annex.ControllerControllerAgreement.Xref}, {Annex.ControllerProcessorAgreement.Xnum} and {Annex.BasicControllerProcessorAgreement.Xnum} and to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, nothing contained in this {_Agreement} will entitle any {_Third_Party}, including, without limitation, {_Data_Subject}s to any claim, cause of action, remedy or right of any kind whatsoever.
