Ti	=	Non-Compete/Exclusivity
sec	=	The {_Founders} shall dedicate substantially all of their professional time to the {_Company} for so long as they are in office and shall be bound by a customary 12-month non-compete obligation after that which may be waived by the {_Company} and shall otherwise be compensated by monthly payments equal to {50%_of_their_average_monthly_salary} during their last 12 months of employment.
