Ti	=	Exclusivity
sec	=	The {_Company} and the {_Founders} agree not to solicit or receive any funding from any investors other than the {_New_Investors} for a period of 4 weeks from the date this term sheet is signed by the {_Company}; provided that the {_New_Investors} shall promptly inform the {_Company} of their decision not to pursue their proposed investment in the {_Company}, as the case may be, in which case such exclusivity period shall immediately lapse.
