Ti	=	Article 76 - Confidentiality
1.sec	=	The discussions of the {_Board} shall be confidential where the {_Board} deems it necessary, as provided for in its rules of procedure.
2.sec	=	Access to documents submitted to members of the {_Board}, experts and {_representatives} of third parties shall be governed by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
