Ti	=	Article 74 - Tasks of the Chair
1.0.sec	=	The Chair shall have the following tasks:
1.1.sec	=	to convene the meetings of the {_Board} and prepare its agenda;
1.2.sec	=	to notify decisions adopted by the {_Board} pursuant to Article 65 to the lead {_supervisory_authority} and the {_supervisory_authorities} concerned;
1.3.sec	=	to ensure the timely performance of the tasks of the {_Board}, in particular in relation to the consistency mechanism referred to in Article 63.

2.sec	=	The {_Board} shall lay down the allocation of tasks between the Chair and the deputy chairs in its rules of procedure.
