Ti	=	Article 44 - General principle for transfers
sec	=	Any transfer of {_personal_data} which are undergoing {_processing} or are intended for {_processing} after transfer to a third country or to an {_international_organisation} shall take place only if, subject to the other provisions of this Regulation, the conditions laid down in this Chapter are complied with by the {_controller} and {_processor}, including for onward transfers of {_personal_data} from the third country or an {_international_organisation} to another third country or to another {_international_organisation}. All provisions in this Chapter shall be applied in order to ensure that the level of protection of {_natural_persons} guaranteed by this Regulation is not undermined.
