Ti	=	Article 15 - Right of access by the {_data_subject}
1.0.sec	=	The {_data_subject} shall have the right to obtain from the {_controller} confirmation as to whether or not {_personal_data} concerning him or her are being processed, and where that is the case, access to the {_personal_data} and the following information:
1.1.sec	=	the purposes of the {_processing};
1.2.sec	=	the categories of {_personal_data} concerned;
1.3.sec	=	the {_recipients} or categories of {_recipient} to whom the {_personal_data} have been or will be disclosed, in particular {_recipients} in third countries or {_international_organisations};
1.4.sec	=	where possible, the envisaged period for which the {_personal_data} will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
1.5.sec	=	the existence of the right to request from the {_controller} rectification or erasure of {_personal_data} or {_restriction_of_processing} of {_personal_data} concerning the {_data_subject} or to object to such {_processing};
1.6.sec	=	the right to lodge a complaint with a {_supervisory_authority};
1.7.sec	=	where the {_personal_data} are not collected from the {_data_subject}, any available information as to their source;
1.8.sec	=	the existence of automated decision-making, including {_profiling}, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such {_processing} for the {_data_subject}.

2.sec	=	Where {_personal_data} are transferred to a third country or to an {_international_organisation}, the {_data_subject} shall have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 relating to the transfer.
3.sec	=	The {_controller} shall provide a copy of the {_personal_data} undergoing {_processing}. For any further copies requested by the {_data_subject}, the {_controller} may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. Where the {_data_subject} makes the request by electronic means, and unless otherwise requested by the {_data_subject}, the information shall be provided in a commonly used electronic form.
4.sec	=	The right to obtain a copy referred to in paragraph 3 shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
