Ti	=	Article 1 - Subject-matter and objectives
1.sec	=	This Regulation lays down rules relating to the protection of {_natural_persons} with regard to the {_processing} of {_personal_data} and rules relating to the free movement of {_personal_data}.
2.sec	=	This Regulation protects fundamental rights and freedoms of {_natural_persons} and in particular their right to the protection of {_personal_data}.
3.sec	=	The free movement of {_personal_data} within the Union shall be neither restricted nor prohibited for reasons connected with the protection of {_natural_persons} with regard to the {_processing} of {_personal_data}.
