sec	=	As used in this {_Agreement}, the term “{DefT.Intellectual_Property_Right}s” means all trade secrets, {_Copyrights}, trademarks, mask work rights, patents and other intellectual property rights recognized by the laws of any jurisdiction or country; the term “{DefT.Copyright}” means the exclusive legal right to reproduce, perform, display, distribute and make derivative works of a work of authorship (as a literary, musical, or artistic work) recognized by the laws of any jurisdiction or country; and “{DefT.Moral_Right}s” means all paternity, integrity, disclosure, withdrawal, special and any other similar rights recognized by the laws of any jurisdiction or country.
