sec	=	When I leave the employ of {_Company}, I will deliver to {_Company} any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices, formulas and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any {_P1_Inventions}, {_Third_Party_Information} or {_Confidential_Information} of {_Company}. I agree that I will not copy, delete, or alter any information contained upon my {_Company} computer or {_Company} equipment before I return it to {_Company}. In addition, if I have used any personal computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any {_Company} information, including but not limited to, {_Confidential_Information}, I agree to provide {_Company} with a computer-useable copy of all such {_Confidential_Information} and then permanently delete and expunge such {_Confidential_Information} from those systems; and I agree to provide {_Company} access to my system as reasonably requested to verify that the necessary copying and/or deletion is completed. I further agree that any property situated on {_Company}’s premises and owned by {_Company}, including disks and other storage media, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by {_Company}’s personnel at any time with or without notice. Prior to leaving, I will cooperate with {_Company} in attending an exit interview and completing and signing {_Company}’s termination statement if required to do so by {_Company}.
