Ti	=	No Conflicting Agreement or Obligation
sec	=	I represent that my performance of all the terms of this {_Agreement} and as an employee of {_Company} does not and will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence information acquired by me in confidence or in trust prior to my employment by {_Company}. I have not entered into, and I agree I will not enter into, any agreement either written or oral in conflict with this {_Agreement}.
