sec	=	This {_Agreement} shall commence on the {_Effective_Date} and, unless earlier terminated as set forth herein, shall continue for a minimum period of {MinimumPeriod.TimeSpan} (the “{_Minimum_Period}”). Thereafter it shall automatically renew for subsequent {Term.Renew.TimeSpan} periods, unless terminated by either {_Party} in accordance with {Termination.Xref} below. The term of this {_Agreement} specified in this {Term.Xref} shall be the “{_Term}.”
