1.sec	=	Upon request, the {_Manufacturer} will provide the {_Customer} with a copy of its {_Price_List}, which may be updated from time to time.
2.sec	=	{_Prices} are expressed and invoiced in {Price.CurrencyType}
3.sec	=	The prices and the terms and conditions for the purchase of the {_Products} between the {_Beneficiaries} and the {_Authorized_Reseller}, shall be agreed by the {_Beneficiaries} and the {_Authorized_Reseller}. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby mentioned that the {_Manufacturer} will not be a party to any such agreement.
