Ti	=	Release of Claims
sec	=	In consideration of the execution of {_this_Agreement} by {_Company}, {_Supplier} hereby releases {_Company} from all claims, demands, contracts and liabilities, if any, as of the date of execution of {_this_Agreement}, except indebtedness which may be owing upon a written contract signed by {_Company}.
