sec	=	Service of process in any {_Legal_Proceeding} referred to in {Relate.Dispute.Tribunal.Xref} may be served on any {_party} anywhere in the world, including by sending or delivering a copy of the process to the {_party} to be served at the address and in the manner provided for the giving of notices in {Relate.Notice.Xref}. Nothing in this {Relate.Dispute.Summon.Xref} will affect the right of any {_party} to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law.
