Secs	=	{Owned.sec} {Marked.sec} {Substitution.sec} {RiskOfLoss.sec}
Owned.sec	=	Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all tools, equipment or material furnished to {_P2} or specially paid for by {_P1}, including but not limited to {_Software_Product} (defined in Section {Def.Xnum}) and any related items, and any replacement thereof, or any materials affixed or attached thereto, shall be and remain {_P1}’s personal property.
Marked.sec	=	Such property shall be plainly marked as {_P1}’s property and shall be safely stored separate and apart from {_P2}'s property.
Substitution.sec	=	{_P2} shall not substitute any {_P1} property without {_P1}’s written approval.
RiskOfLoss.sec	=	Such property, while in {_P2}'s custody or control, shall be held at {_P2}'s risk, shall be kept insured by {_P2} at {_P2}'s expense in an amount equal to the replacement cost with loss payable to {_P1} and shall be subject to removal at {_P1}'s written request, in which event {_P2} shall prepare such property for shipment and shall redeliver to {_P1} in the same condition as originally received by {_P2}, reasonable wear and tear excepted, all at {_P2}'s expense.
