As examples of contracts made from the "universal" outline, these two NDAs show a Mutual NDA between two companies and a One-Way NDA between a company (as Disclosing Party) and an individual (as Receiving Party). They use the same outline structure and library of materials. The layers, are:

1. The specific terms - parties, dates, etc;
2. on a shape for Entities or Humans;
3. on a shape for Mutual or One-Way;
4. on a library for NDA;
5. on the Universal Outline.
