1.sec = {_Company} will provide Technical Support to {_Customer} via both telephone and electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of {SupportDesk.OpenHours.TimeSpan.cl}, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays ("{DefT.Support_Hours}").

2.sec = {_Customer} may initiate a helpdesk ticket during {_Support_Hours} by calling {SupportDesk.Phone.#} or any time by emailing {SupportDesk.Email}.
3.sec = {_Company} will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within {SupportDesk.Response.TimeSpan}.
