Ti	=	No Waiver
1.sec	=	A failure or delay by a {_Party} in exercising a {_Legal_Right} under {_this_Agreement} or any of the documents referred to in {_this_Agreement} will not operate as a waiver of such {_Legal_Right}.
2.sec	=	A single or partial exercise of a {_Legal_Right} will not preclude any other or further exercise of such {_Legal_Right} or the exercise of any other {_Legal_Right}.
3.0.sec	=	To the maximum extent permitted by applicable {_Legal_Requirements}:
3.1.sec	=	a claim or right arising out of {_this_Agreement} or any of the documents referred to in {_this_Agreement} can be waived by a {_Party}, in whole or in part, only if such waiver is made in a writing signed by {Written.SignedBy.cl};

Written.SignedBy.PartyOrSeller.cl	=	such {_Party} or {_Sellers'_Representative} on behalf of a {_Seller}

3.2.sec	=	a waiver given by a {_Party} will be applicable only to the specific instance for which it is given; and
3.3.0.sec	=	a notice to or demand made by a {_Party} will not:
3.3.1.sec	=	waive or otherwise affect any obligation of the other {_Party}; or
3.3.2.sec	=	affect the right of the {_Party} giving such notice or demand to take further action without notice or demand as provided in {_this_Agreement} or the documents referred to in {_this_Agreement}.
