Access
"Access" means to do one of the CRUD operations. Ways Files can be accessed:

1. Transaction-based: blockchain, deal room, merchant, payment
2. "Access"-based: UMA; http, local database or network
3. Permanent web - IPFS, keybase, etc.
4. Copy-based: git, email

Needs much more work.
