{_Data_Provider}(s)’ Representations
Each {_Data_Provider} represents that the {_Data_Provider} has exercised reasonable care, to assure that:

1. the {_Data} it {_Publish}es was created or generated by it or was obtained from others with the right to {_Publish} the {_Data} under this {_Agreement}; and
2. {_Publication} of such {_Data} does not violate any privacy or confidentiality obligation undertaken by the {_Data_Provider}.
