These are the conversion provisions of Convertible Promissory Note. Each of the alternatives expressed in the Cooley fork of the Series Seed documents is expressed here as separate parameters. So each of the alternatives can be configured for a particular deal. They can also be assembled into kits for kinds of deals, and then the kit can be referenced.
