The Data Custodian shall make available to the Rights Holders information about the uses and disclosures, including data transfers to other countries, of the Personal Data of the Rights Holder. To the extent commercially feasible, and where not prohibited by law, this information shall be made available in real time through the JLINC_protocols, software and web services.
