Quick Consulting Agreement

  • {Agent.US.Contract.Among.Block}
  • Each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties."


This Quick Consulting Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of {EffectiveDate.YMD} ("Effective Date"), by and between the Parties.


Recitals

In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Agent agrees to consult to Principal, and Principal agrees to remunerate Agent with {Comp.cl}, starting {StartDate.cl}.
  2. Agent agrees to waive all intellectual property rights created when providing consulting services under this Agreement and release those rights to the public for free, i.e. under the MIT-license, where applicable.
  3. This Agreement is governed by Swiss law and any dispute in connection with it shall be submitted to {Tribunal.cl}.
  4. For reference, consult Art. 394-406 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
